Bachata and Tango Dance Classes, Dinners & Drinks and Party Dance Mixers in 1!

15, 22 and 29, 2010

Mango Restaurant & Bar - 8743 N. Milwaukee Ave. Niles, IL
Time: 7PM to 8:35PM for the formal dance lessons
9PM to 11PM dance practice & party dance mixers facilitated by Norm, Master
Social Dance Instructor
11PM till closing is open for more dancing till you drop!
Cost:
Required non-refundable donation of $69 for party of
1, $137 for party of 2, $204 party of 3, or $272 for party of 4 payable via
Paypal secured “Donate” buttons below
(The aforementioned donation amount also include 1
choice dinner entrée, 1 choice alcoholic or non-alcoholic drink and up to 2
glasses of ice or no ice tap water anytime before 9PM per participant, every
Wednesday on September 15, 22 and 29 only. Additional drink, additional
food order, taxes for additional food & drink order and tips are extra cost per

Important: Deadline to
online register is September 12, 2010 before 6PM. Payment on the day of the
event is $15 extra for each chosen package. After your
credit card or electronic check payment is processed via Paypal, print 3 copies
of the confirmation receipt. On Wednesday September 15, 2010, 1 confirmation
receipt will be given to Sam or Eva of Mango Restaurant & Bar and 1 to the
DanceMates Master Social Dance Instructor teaching that night. We are not responsible for lost confirmation
receipts either electronically or paper mishandling.
